Review : Earth view GoogleMaps
Hello, we meet again. Now i’ll share what i’ve found this morning. i’ve shocked when i opening googlemaps site. But, before we continuing my story maybe some of you didn’t know what googlemaps is. Googlemaps which its address is http://googlemaps.com is the service that provided by google to see maps around the world. You can see any location that you never know before and you can get direction to any location by clicking your location and your direction. And also you can use maps view or satelite view to see the maps that you search.
This morning, i want to search the street in Bandung. But, what i saw? I saw the new feature of google. What it is? Now, you can see googlemaps in 3D view by clicking “Use earth view to see maps in 3d” on left bar. It’s so awesome when i clicked it. Suddenly, the maps view changed to earth view. Before google added this feature, we just only can see the earth view using googleearth application. After this happen, you can see the maps in 3d view just using your internet browser. But, maybe you will ask “is my city can be viewed in 3d view?”, the answer is maybe yes or no
. Besides my experience when using googleearth, you can see the city in full 3d view just for a few famous city in the world like tokyo, new york, etc. Here is the screen shoot when i using googlemaps to see the tokyo city in 3d view.

Not only city that you can see in 3d view, but also the few object like 7wonders, liberty monumen, niagara falls, himalayas, TITANIC ruin !!! and many more
. It’s so interesting i think, we can see a famous cities around the world in 3d view without spend money to travel
.
Hohohoho, for now... why you don’t try this out? Just open http://googlemaps.com and then click “use earth view”. After that you can see a few city and object around the world in 3d view
. It’s like world touring by using your browser i mean..hehehe.
(i’am sorry if my english is bad.. i just try to using english ^^)

I really liked your article. One of the features that I like the most of Google earth is what you mentioned about the 7 wonders. I think it is amazing we can actually have a satellite view of them from the comfort of your home. Thanks for your post!
